They did end up replacing it, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the timing was really frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and of course it dragged out right when I actually needed it taken care of. Overall, the warranty help was okay, just not very convenient

So far it’s been good, no leaks yet which is all I wanted. I was kinda worried at first but it seems to be holding up fine

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with this. It looked a bit cheap right out of the box, and after just a short time it started scratching really easily. The finish wore off way faster than I expected

I put in a Pfister faucet in our bathroom and expected it to be a pain, because these projects usually turn into some annoying missing-part or bad-instruction situation. Thankfully, this one went smoother than I thought. The parts were labeled well enough and the directions actually made sense, which was a nice change. I had it done in under an hour and I’m definitely not a pro. Everything fit properly and I haven’t seen any leaks so far, though I’m still keeping an eye on it just in case. Overall, happy with it.

Last week I noticed one of my Pfister faucet parts was leaking, so I reached out to customer service that morning. They got back to me fast, I’m sure later the same day, and asked me to send over a few photos and some basic info.

It took a couple of emails over the next few days to get everything figured out, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but everyone I dealt with was polite and actually followed up. The replacement part showed up, I installed it, and the faucet has been working fine since.

I’ve had this Pfister faucet for a while now, though I can’t remember if I installed it last year or earlier than that. Either way, it’s been working great. It feels solid, looks nice, and I haven’t had any leaks or issues so far...

I’ve been happy with this faucet so far. The water flow is steady and it fills pots a lot faster than my old one, which makes me realize how long I put up with that old faucet for no reason. The pressure definitely feels better. I’m giving it 4 stars because the spray button can be a little stiff sometimes, and I blame that one little detail for keeping it from feeling perfect.
